Do you deliver and set up?
Absolutely! Inflatable JumboJumpers will deliver and set up each product and insure that it is clean and in good working condition well before your party starts. Then we will come back to take it down when the fun is over. Set up usually takes about 15 minutes and take down is about 20 minutes. This service is included in your rental cost.
What kind of power is required?
All of our inflatable’s plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We supply the extension cord and just ask that nothing else is plugged into that outlet. Placement of the inflatable needs to be within 60ft of the outlet. If you would like to set up at a park or a place that does not have an electrical outlet within 100ft, let us know and we can provide a generator for an additional charge.
What type of surface can the inflatable be placed on?
The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete, asphalt, or bark. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for your event.
How much room do I need?
When you call to reserve your inflatable, we will let you know the exact dimensions for the particular shape you choose.
Are they safe?
Yes. Our inflatables are constructed to be as safe as possible. As with any activity involving small children, an adult should supervise the activity. This will help to insure that the safety rules are followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the inflatable. All of our inflatable’s are covered for weather protection, such as direct sun and light rain. They also have netting to allow for great visibility and air circulation.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes, a $50 deposit is required on all units. All we need to know is the date, time, and location of your event, as well as the inflatable you prefer. We collect payment (usually cash or local check) the day of the event or party when we set up.
Can I have my party at a park?
Yes. Inflatables are great for parks. Some cities require that you have reservations in order to have an inflatable at the park. Also, most cities will require that they be named as additionally insured on our policy. There is usually no charge for this. However, we do need at least a one week notice to accomplish this. Also check to see if there will be electricity available. If not, we can provide a generator for an additional charge.
How do I reserve one?

What if I have to cancel?
We need a minimum of one week notice in advance of the cancellation. Just give us a call. There is no cancellation fee. However, we would appreciate as much notice as possible so we have a chance to rent your inflatable to someone else; we usually have a waiting list for cancellations. If weather is the problem, we can help you find an indoor facility for your party for an additional charge.
